Folks, when you run into someone at a restaurant or store who goes over and above the call of duty, please write to their company and let it be known. ;^)
Look what someone wrote in to Chili's about, regarding my Jessica, who is a manager at one of their stores:
Check
it out…. What a great example of hospitality from Jessica (Fossil
Creek) to these guests. Do you think that both of them will remember
this visit forever, even if it doesn't turn out to be the perfect match for the couple?
Great Job Jessica and Thanks for making these guest feel special.

This was the first time for my date & I to meet after talking on Match.com...when
we walked in, my date jokingly [told] your manager Jessica that he wanted a
romantic table with violins!!!! Jessica led us to a table and said it
wasn't the most romantic table but it was the most private & that
if we listened real hard we could hear music from the restaurant next
door!!! Jessica then had our server, Amy, bring us a gift...Jessica
had made two roses from Chili's paper, wrote 'Chili's sweet hearts' on
paper she decorated and put it all in a 'vase' (a chili's mug)!! Amy
said, 'my manager, Jessica, wanted to help your visit with us more
romantic'.Jessica checked on us a couple of times throughout our
visit. It was such a wonderful & sweet gesture that Jessica paid
attention and took the time to help make our first meeting
very memorable. It was very obvious that she is a great person which in
turn makes her a great manager. She not only made sure to follow up
with us but to take the time to make the roses in the vase...that was
pure genious on her part!!!Thanks again to Jessica...I kept the roses
so if this is a love connection we will have the memory of our first date!!
