The town homes directly behind Dairy Queen are being demolished! Don't know how many are going to go, as there are people living in the ones closest to our house.

What is a Don Pablo's? (I'm supposing that it's a Mexican restaurant, but is it a good one?) Are these town homes across the street from your house? I seem to remember that you had said that the Dairy Queen is walking distance from your house.
Right...Don Pablo's is a Mexican restaurant chain (Alex was waitstaff at one during college), and those town homes are - were - in the block directly east of us, across the street.
BTW, Alex, according to Terry B. all but two of those buildings have been sold and are destined for being pulled down. Most likely more of those upscale town homes (like the ones catty-corner from his house) will eventually be built.
He's also wondering if the apartment building directly across the street from us is going to go the same way. That'd be a kick in the head for Taylor and his family.
