I'm tempted to print this out and present it as instructed....
What with one thing and another I didn't spend much of anything at Borders Books last month, and this sad lack of purchase power is reflected in my Borders' Bucks statement. One would think they'd have some sort of filter in place to prevent customers from receiving cheery emails trumpeting $0.00 in savings.

Addendum: within minutes of posting this I received a "Correction" email from Borders, this time giving me $5.00 in Borders' Bucks. Wow. Someone in the Borders Bucks program reads my blog? I'm impressed.

Nope but this happened to someone from my knit group too, she just posted about it on the list. haha
Sounds like all their "Borders' Bucks" emails mentioned $0.00. That must've been embarrassing!
