Yesterday was the June celebration at Jeanne's house.
We gathered together at 5:30 p.m. for barbecue, cards and conversation; here's Meredith greeting Dad:

What great pictures. THank you so much for sharing. Well, there you go...now my eyes are welling up with tear (happy tears of course). i so wish we could have been there. I miss you all so very much. It's so nice seeing pregnant Jessica pictures. Please post more as baby gets bigger in her growing belly. She looks great! And, so does everyone else. Did Alex get to call? He was hoping to be able to.
Yes, Alex called! Right after we walked into the house. Suddenly my cell phone was ringing and it was a Russian song, which I thought I'd set for Dmitry, only Dmitry was in the house so why would he be calling me on my cell phone?
It was very puzzling. Couldn't figure out immediately just who was on the phone. Alex's number is supposed to play "Anchors Aweigh" when he calls, you see.
Didn't make allowance for him calling on another number. What a dope I am. =8^o
All's well that ends well, though. Finally realized it was he.
Yeah, what great pics. Thanks, Mama. Is it just me, or is Justin getting bigger. Is he still lifting weights? Bethany looked wonderful in her outfit. The whole family seemed as if they were having a great time! Come on Christmas!!
And, do you think that you could set up ya'll's webcam? You can just leave the account running. That way, when I start a video call it will just start ringing like any other phone. Cheers! (as the Aussie's say, surprisingly a lot)
Yes - Justin lifts weights occasionally - not as often as before!

The reason we don't leave the webcam connected all the time, Alex, is because it tends to mess up the mouse. Don't know why, but it does. Took me a bit to figure out that the trouble with the mouse coincided with the webcam's being hooked up. Plus, I don't leave the sound on, as there are various notifications (arriving email, weather forecast updates, etc.) that make noise.
