"Carmen" cast taking their bows.
The cell phone camera was clearly a bit overwhelmed by the scene, but still, y'all can get the gist. This was at the very end, when I felt reasonably comfortably sneaking a photo. It's a pity y'all can't tell how sumptuous the costuming was!
Never mind Regency England, I wanna dress like the women did in Spain back then.

What happened was I went down and donated one ticket, thus being allowed to use the other. There was a line of people waiting for just such tickets to be turned in, and darned if - right as the curtain was going up - a young woman came and sat in the seat I'd bought.
BTW, a word to the wise: even if the sound's turned off, it's awfully irritating and distracting to those next to you in a darkened theater to have your cell phone on and texting or something. The glow is hard to ignore in one's peripheral vision. Even I don't do that, for pity's sake.
