Three cars in three summers.
Not me, heaven knows!

Charles. In June of 2005 he got the Skylark (courtesy of us).
Last summer he bought the attractive, yet ultimately beknighted, Corvette.
He just brought home this summer's automotive offering, a Focus:
Sweet, eh? He got it from his uncle, the Chevy dealer manager, who gave him employee pricing on it.

Let's hope third time's a charm and this one isn't smushed in an accident as were the other two.

I *loved* my focus (I had a green wagon). We only got rid of it because of the 3 carseat thing. It treated me right, even though we repeatedly said to ourselves, "We can't believe we bought a Ford."
Our eldest son, Jonathan, also has a Focus...got it used four years ago...and has been very pleased with his, too. So we're all hoping this car will serve Charles well for at least a few years.
Snazzy. Watch out for freaky drivers, Charles. Defensive driving, that's what it's all about!
(As if I'd know.)

Wow, Charles, a truly fine car!! And listen to your elders, defensive driving is the key. It may not be your fault when you have an accident but I find it a drag to get car fixed, deal with insurance etc. Much easier to watch out for those not paying attention and with cell phones, legion is their name.
