That was embarrassing.
Last week was my first week in BSF (Bible Study Fellowship), and the
group in which I was placed was newly created. A volunteer to be
secretary was sought, and since I was sitting next to the leader, I
volunteered.Turned out I managed to omit myself from the roll, so I wound up being counted as "absent." Some secretary I'll be!

Hmmm. Does BSF have a recall procedure for secretaries? I'm sure the line of people wanting the job goes around the block.
You will make a wonderful secretary, any one that volunteers to do a job is wonderful!!! Plus you are great at detail work!! I tend to round numbers out and get into trouble being secretary or treasurer. I figure in the ball park is good!
