Today is Mom and Dad's 56th wedding anniversary. 
Their four children and spouses took them out to dinner to celebrate this auspicious occasion:
It's also one of my favorite times of year, i.e. the Concerts in the
Garden, providing us with several evenings of front porch firework
viewing:

Happy Anniversary to your parents!!! 56 years!!! My inlaws will have been married 58 or 59 (there's always a debate as to just how long it's been....they can't even agree, other than it's been a long time) years this July. I think that it's wonderful.
