  • Tonight was Bethie's dance recital, and a lovely event it was, too:

The arrow indicates her in her first number, "Falling in Love With
Me."  Actually she was very easy to pick out, seeing as how she
was the smallest by far, and on the right end.

She's a crackerjack dancer, let me tell you.

Bethie's second dance was the ballet number, which she was a bit more
tentative in.  Obviously jazz dancing is more her style.

That's her on the right, of course.

She graciously accepted floral tributes from her adoring public.

One of  whom was her cousin, and fellow dancer, Brianna.

  • Love the pictures! I wish I could have taken Meredith...it was just too much of a trek. She would have loved it though!

  • It was a heck of a trek, Elaine. You did just right. Took us an hour to get there in rush hour traffic.

    It was awfully cute, though.

  • Katherine just loves the pictures of "her girlfriends" which is now how she refers to Elaine's girls and your darling grand daughters.

    Cute cute!!

  • What a pair of dolls! Bethany is growing just like her aunts and grandmom, slowly but will wind up the same size as every one else by high school. I grew that slowly also. We all wound up being 5 ft 4 or so. Which seems normal to me. Of course. Since that's what I am or was before getting older and a bit shorter. Petite, that's what we all were. from a proud great grandmom!
