  • Boys!!! Pt. 2


    Don took Charles to Trinity this evening (having had an appointment in the area so he got home early), and returned with updates:



    1. Someone - and I think we all know who he means by "someone" - has to have Charles back to Trinity, a solid 25 minute drive, by 8 a.m. tomorrow morning.
    2. Charles forgot his tuxedo, and is certainly hoping there's going to be some way he can get it out of the Heights band hall tonight or early tomorrow morning.

  • Gee.......who could he mean by "someone".....surely NOT the mama who was not told of tomorrows concert (Anne isn't there someone who could cover at least enough of your shift so you could go to the concert), surely the boy could find another ride (bicycle?...hah!). I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you!!!

  • I'm pretty sure Don and Charles mean me. Yup, I'm really quite confidant of this. ;->

    No, there won't be anyone else to cover the shift, and Trinity's so far away from Hulen, it'd take the entire shift to get there, hear the concert, and get back. I'm only working from 5 p.m. till 10:15 p.m., you see. Concert's at 6:30.

    I'm just outta luck. :^(

    Oh well! This is why we have a camcorder, I suppose.
